forever changed. forever grateful.

Alli and her co-facilitator made Sedona even more magical with their healing energy and thoughtful retreat agenda. we spent time in deep meditation, journaling, and reflecting on our pain and healing past trauma. the sound healing was mystical and soothing — i could feel my throat chakra open up and was able to use my voice as a method to help me heal. i've actually discovered i want to start a podcast. all because of these two wonderful women who support strength and community among women. i am forever changed and forever grateful.

peace. love. acceptance. all found in the desert.

this retreat was an amazing experience. i can't express enough how grateful i am to alli and her co-facilitator for holding such an incredible container. i felt totally safe, welcomed, and appreciated. i felt a deep connection with all of the women i shared this retreat with and related deeply to many of their stories.
i was extremely moved throughout the writing circle and loved every ceremony and activity — the sound bath, the hiking, the yoga at the vortex. every single moment was intentional.
i left with a feeling of peace and a deep love and acceptance of my inner self. i feel empowered, uplifted, revived, safe, connected, inspired, and really, really grateful.

i healed wounds i didn't even know i was still carrying.

alli and her co-facilitator's retreat in Sedona was truly life changing. i connected with my sisters in ways i didn't think were possible and was able to heal old wounds i had buried deep. i am so grateful i got to be part of such an amazing group of women who came together to heal, support each other, and connect in ways that will stay with me long after the desert.
